A:If both of you are serious and motivated to change your relationship and physical connection for the better, then you could get good results from seeing a sex therapist. That said such counseling does work best for couples who seek help early on when trouble hits both wanting positive results. When you’re in the middle of a crisis or wanting help as a last resort the odds aren’t so good. Definitely worth a shot though if you are both committed to the idea.
