Q:I’ve been dating my boyfriend for nearly six months. I know he slept around a lot before he met me and it plays on my mind. I’ve asked him about his past girlfriends and sexual partners a number of times and he gets annoyed with me. How can I deal with his past?

A:The past is the past and there’s nothing you can do to change it. It’s understandable he’s getting annoyed with you. What you can do is change your attitude – starting by putting your insecurities, jealousies and fears aside. Move on and enjoy the present so that you have a future!
