Your order is couriered to you by a local courier company within 1-3 working days. The courier will contact you to schedule a delivery time

FREE delivery for orders of S$200 and above
Otherwise S$10 delivery charge levied

Other countries:-
Your order is couriered to you by an international courier company within 2-7 working days

FREE delivery for orders of S$600 and above
Otherwise International Courier Company delivery charge levied (amount to be confirmed)

On reaching your country, your order is subject to local customs clearance, import duties and taxes. Any additional charges must be borne by you. You should contact your local customs office for information and comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We are not responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs of any country.

Returning Goods

Oohtique! serves to give our customers quality garments and products, and visually inspects all items before being sold.

In the unlikely event a purchase is deemed to be faulty, Oohtique! is more than happy to replace, or failing that to exchange, defective items only within 7 days of purchase, per Singapore's consumer statutory laws. Please note returned goods must be in all the original packaging. Courier charges will not be refunded. Please notify us prior to returning the products by writing to us at info@oohtique.com All decisions related to refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Oohtique!
